Founded in Arusha, Tanzania in 2024 by Mclean Mbaga and the Mayobe Bros team, SmartLink Pilot started as a weekend project. The goal was simple: build a URL shortener that was fast by default, honest about its data, and priced fairly for creators and growing businesses.
